This policy paper aims to increase the number of women involved in early-stage investing in Europe. It seeks to propose policy measures to promote women’s participation, based on project findings, and is complemented by an exploitation plan, a final dissemination conference, various promotional materials, toolkits, and social media engagement to positively influence women’s attitudes and mobilize action.
